The professional grade meat slicer, Graef Master M91EU features smooth, fully hardened solid steel blade which measures 17cm in diameter, allowing you to easily slice through all sorts of meats and other foods. You can achieve anything between a paper thin slice and a 2cm thick cut of meat. This self-supporting 30° tilt slicer is equipped with specially designed GENIO carriage that always matches the parameters of the meat you are slicing.
