Bertazzoni Appliances brings taste of Italy

Bertazzoni Appliances goes back to 1882, when it was established in Guastalla, Italy by Francesco Bertazzoni and his son Antonio. 125 years later the company brought its designer range cookers and cooktops to North America. These precision engineered kitchen appliances come in three series - Professional, Heritage and Modular.

Pro Series 48" range

Previously only available in stainless steel, this 48" Professional Series range now sports eight bold new colors - red, burgundy, beige, white, yellow, green, blue and black. These ranges are finished with an exclusive three-layer, hand applied process in the same facility as world renowned Italian luxury cars. The sleek 48" range offers great power and flexibility suitable for any modern kitchen and comes complete with a main oven, featuring convection and a practical auxiliary oven with a special low temperature setting, six gas burners and a built-in electric griddle. Bertazzoni exclusive triple-ring burner features separately controlled flames based on a new high-efficiency technology that generates up to 15,000 BTU, while dedicated simmer burner is excellent for the utmost in delicate cooking. Base prices are $5,400 for stainless steel, and $6,500 for color range.

Pro Series 36" range

Another addition by Bertazzoni Appliances is company first self-cleaning 36" Dual Fuel range. The Dual Fuel range offers the versatility of an electric oven and a gas range with optional natural or LP gas installation and will be available soon in stainless steel or green, white, red, beige, black, blue, yellow and burgundy. Features include high efficiency five- or six-burner gas cooktop, main oven with precision temperature settings in 125° F to 500° F range, eight different cooking functions, including European convection and a full width broiler. Bertazzoni also expanded the special edition Heritage Series of gas ranges, with new 30" and 48" appliances. First introduced to celebrate the company 125th anniversary, the Heritage Series carries the signature of Antonio Bertazzoni, the son of company founder Francesco Bertazzoni, symbolizing the family pride and accomplishments.

Just as the 36" range, the colorful 30" and 48" Heritage Series gas ranges embody the elegance of its rich European legacy and come in three matte colors - black, burgundy and cream with bright chrome finishes combined with brushed stainless steel. Bertazzoni is also introducing matched colored hood canopies. Features of the Heritage Series include stainless steel worktops, different size burners for accuracy and versatility, a child safety ignition system, easy controls, and flexible and accurate cooking performance. Exclusive triple-ring burner provides high-efficiency power with a delicate low-simmer function, one piece worktop with uniquely sealed burners and a seamless surface for easy cleaning, and wide area infrared gas grill for powerful searing and broiling.
