This self-clean 60 inch range cooker, GSCR604GW brings power, performance and flexibility with 4 sealed Power-Flo burners, thermo-griddle and Power-Wok, allowing you to cook as a true professional for your family as well as treat guests in a comfort of your home with restaurant quality meals. Range top offers smooth-top continuous cast iron grates with easy to clean matte porcelain finish, making moving the largest and heaviest pots and pans a rather easy task. Capital Cooking exclusive Power-Flo burners have a range from 140° F simmering to 19,000 BTU, Power-Wok burner allows anything from 800 to 30,000 BTU, while the 3/8" thick, thermostatically controlled Thermo-Griddle plate comes with 18,000 BTU. Stay-Cool die cast, chrome plated metal knobs, auto-ignition/re-ignition on all sealed burners are other cooktop features of this Capital range. When it comes to ovens, this 60 inch range is hard to beat. With an industry first 36" primary oven and 24" pure convection baker oven, side by side, you have a total control and flexibility of how you want to cook. The large 4.6 cu. ft. multifunction oven has 18,000 BTU infrared broiler and allows you to accommodate commercial size baking sheets. With total of 30,000 BTU it offers bake, broil, convection bake, convection broil, open-door broil, rotisserie, convection rotisserie and self-clean. Both ovens feature Capital Flex-Roll racks for easier mobility and with stylish chrome plated knobs or optional Cabernet red, you will have plenty of style to match its power. The 22,000 BTU small oven still gives you 3.1 cu. ft capacity - more than some main ovens. Both have titanium speck porcelain interiors. Capital Cooking makes this 60 inch range cooker in 5 more configurations, each offered in natural gas or liquid propane. Be prepared to spend close to $12,000 USD and more, depending on the model and availability. For comparison, check 60 inch BlueStar range, 60" Epicure Dacor range, and 60" FiveStar range cooker.
