Outdoor Bradley smokers - the Original Bradley Smoker

The Original Bradley Smoker is a unique electric smoke oven which allows you to cold-smoke, hot-smoke, barbecue and slow roast. For cold-smoking, this Bradley smoker uses flavor bisquettes which burn for 20 minutes each at a consistent temperature, before being extinguished and replaced by another, producing clean continuous smoke. There are no high temperature gases, acids and resins that can ruin the flavor of smoked food. The smoker can run for up to 8 hours with no intervention. Internal heating element provides a low temperature-cooking environment, so the Original Bradley Smoker can also hot smoke, or even be used as a slow cooker or slow roasting oven.
