Kalamazoo Edo Grill - Japanese cooking and sculptural design

The Edo Grill is the latest sculptural grill from Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet that will turn heads with its sleek and simple form. Edo is inspired by Japanese cooking and design. A yakitori cart which serves skewers of seasoned meat cooked on a hot, open-top grill, is Japan's favorite Kalamazoo borrows the yakitori technique, packages it into a contemporary sculptural design, and the result is the Edo grill. The two hand-finished stainless steel top panels are unique with each grill. Once these panels slide open they serve as counter space to each side. Between there is an 18” x 24” grilling surface. Functionally, Kalamazoo signature cast stainless steel Dragon Burner system delivers up to 50,000 BTUs. The hand-welded Edo features electronic ignition, all stainless steel cabinetry and hardware, including knobs, hinges and handles. The price for this outdoor gourmet grill is $7,495.
