Blue Ember iQue – computer controlled gas grill

The first computer controlled gas grill, Blue Ember iQue by Fiesta Grills offers 875 in² cooking area, which includes 650 in² of primary cooking area and a 225 in² warming rack. The grill has several sensors that regulate pretty much everything you need to know. Basically you put food on the grill, insert the temperature probe and adjust computer to do the work. iQue comes with two completely isolated cooking zones that can be controlled separately, so you grill meat on one side and vegetables on the other at their own different temperatures. This grill is also equipped with four 19,000 BTU main burners, an infrared rotisserie burner with 12,000 BTU, and a 11,000 BTU brass cap side burner, giving you close to 100,000 BTU altogether. Other key features include electronic ignition, iQue Digital Control System with preheat mode, digital temperature controls, timer, SonarQue fuel monitor, integrated meat probe, porcelain coated cast iron cooking grates, built-in halogen lights, integrated power outlet, built-in smoker box, rotisserie kit, pull-out tank caddy and bottle opener.
