KitchenAid has introduced a new outdoor grill collection created to make entertaining beyond the kitchen even easier and more enjoyable. Scheduled for availability in the fall, are powerful built-in and freestanding grills, incorporating several unique conveniences such as dual timers, an automatic shut-off and a fuel time remaining indicator, all designed to enhance the outdoor cooking experience by removing unnecessary guesswork. These outdoor grills also feature warming drawer, adjustable warming rack, side burners, and rotisserie, allowing you to easily multitask without sacrificing the end result.
In addition to 27", 36" and 48" freestanding and built-in grills, the new collection offers everything for creating a complete outdoor kitchen, including powerful built-in side burners, warming drawers with a slow cook function, grill canopy hoods, a refrigerator, ice maker, built-in refreshment center, a sink with a top or bottom mount option, a single on/off lever faucet, built-in trash and utility drawers and access doors for built-in grills. Options for built-in side burners include a new power burner with output ranging from 5,000 BTU to 50,000 BTU, a single infrared sear burner, and double 18,000 BTU side burners with either side-by-side or front-to-back configurations.
A unique user interactive LED system further enhances outdoor cooking, providing you with better control for both timing foods on the grill and tracking cooking fuel. This system includes Flame Time, a timer that will shut the grill off based on a specific time set, a Fuel Time Remaining indicator that audibly and visually indicates when fuel is low and specifies the cooking time left with remaining fuel, and an easily programmable independent digital timer that can be used simultaneously with Flame Time for tracking several different dishes at once.
All grills feature the unique KitchenAid Even-Heat system with 22,500 BTU stainless steel burners, angled sear plates and dense grate patterns for consistent heat over the entire grill surface. Also standard on all models is a smoker box and a rotisserie kit. For slow roasting, all 48" models feature double 10,000 BTU infrared rotisserie burners, while the 27" and 36" outdoor grills offer a single 15,000 BTU infrared rotisserie burner. A 23,000 BTU infrared sear burner, found on select 36" and 48" models, provides the heating power to perfectly sear even the thickest cuts of meat.

Additional design elements that will delight outdoor cooking enthusiasts, include a new hood assist feature that alleviates the weight of the grill hood so that it can be easily opened and closed with one hand. Other highlights are a built-in thermometer on the grill lid exterior for gauging internal grill temperatures, adjustable interior warming rack, and hot surface ignition for easy and dependable lighting.
An electric warming drawer, featuring a unique slow cook function that can be used to cook side dishes or help keep cooked food warm, is available on select 48" and 36" size freestanding grill models or as a built-in option. A Flare-Up Management System found on all outdoor grill models effectively channels dripping oils and grease away from burners to help reduce flare-ups and messes. Removable drip trays and a pull-out tank drawer simplify cleaning of the grill’s interior and installation of propane tanks. Other design elements include BBQ tool and towel hangers, foldable shelves and large, commercial-style casters, two of which can be locked, for easy maneuvering. KitchenAid.

The Son of Hibachi barbeque is extremely versatile charcoal barbecuing system for home and travel. Originally based on the Japanese Hibachi cooking surface, the Grilletto barbeque offers its own blast furnace concept with the chimney effect, enabling you to cook in just 7 minutes and ensuring consistent heat. Simply place charcoal under the removable cast-iron grills and fill the special ash drawer with some flammable material. Then fold up the grill so it is closed and light the flammable materials you just placed in the ash drawer. The tall barbeque now triggers a chimney effect, so the charcoal is quickly heated.

You have massive 170 square inches of space to cook anything from hamburgers to hot dogs to steaks. When cooking is finished, you can fold Son of Hibachi into a self-cleaning oven and extinguish flames using flameproof snuff bag. And the Grilletto saves the unused charcoal for later use.

This optional rotisserie further expands your cooking possibilities. Equipped with a patented battery and a counter weight, it is easy to install and holds a 25 lbs turkey or roast, providing smooth rotation of your meal for even cooking and extended battery life. You can buy Grilletto with rotisserie for $80. Son of Hibachi Barbeque.

The MarinYaki yacht table is the Cook-N-Dine perfect teppanyaki for all your water adventures. The molded fiberglass teppan table features an electrically powered, built-in 20" x 15" flat-top grill unit, made from professional, type 304/V2A German stainless steel. Not extremely large, but big enough for your personal chef to flip more than a just a few shrimp. The official US-launch of the MarinYaki will take place at this year's Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, held there October 30th through November 3rd, 2008. MarinYaki grills provide the most innovative cooking experience available for boats today. All the inconveniences of al fresco marine cooking are now a thing of the past. The worldwide patented CDS teppanyaki grills feature state-of-the-art electric heating elements, which are completely enclosed to weather the elements. Fast, precise temperature control combined with an elegant and functional product design make the MarinYaki an essential tool for clean marine cooking. Cook and eat in the same place, including the chef or host.

430° F or 210° C contact temperature is plenty to perfectly sear juicy steaks, grill fish or roast vegetables, yet gentle enough for delicate crepes or pancakes. The outer perimeter of the teppan plate stays at about 50% of the set temperature controlled by 1-10 dial, to keep food warm while cooking on the hot center. The patented feature lets the center bow down slightly when on, thus containing the fine food juices. When switched off, it becomes completely flat again, and does double-duty as working bait/filleting station or regular table. MarinYaki tables are available in two model versions - TM-51, the pedestal mounted model with MSRP of $4,875 or TMG-51, the gunwale mounted model with MSRP of $5,175. Both come with a collapsible wind-guard, that fits snugly into the recess around the cook-top, a built-in trap, which ensures there are no spills onto fine teak decks while cleaning, a removable waste container, and, most importantly, a reversible cutting board insert. This way the MarinYaki quickly converts into a bait/filleting table, while the teppan surface is protected. The board can be replaced with an optional acrylic insert.
