Baumatic BBC460SS blast chiller uses a high-powered refrigeration system with cold air blasted laterally over the product at high speed. Once the chill or freeze cycle is complete, the chiller switches into Hold Mode to keep the food at the required temperature, 3°C if chilled or -18°C if frozen.

New 100cm wide Rangemaster ranges

Rangemaster finally decided to fill the gap between its 90cm and 110cm wide range cookers. The new 100cm wide ranges, Professional+ and Classic Deluxe are now available with the same sleek styling and impressive performances as the 90cm and 110cm wide models. Currently, both cookers come in dual fuel configuration only. Professional+ can be ordered in Gloss Black, Cream, Cranberry and Stainless Steel, whereas Classic Deluxe is offered in Rose Taupe, Matt Black, Latte, Cream and Cranberry.

The Professional+ shown above in Stainless finish features the new tall cavity oven with an incredible 81-litre total capacity, which is more than 50% larger than that of your regular 90cm wide range cooker.
