The new 36" wide induction cooktop from Fisher & Paykel is the frameless, SCHOTT CERAN glass ceramic cooktop with unique touch controls and 5 cooking zones, each with PowerBoost function for an instant intense heat. The versatile CI365DTB1 cooktop also has GentleHeat function, a very low simmer temperature ideal for delicate cooking tasks, and Auto Heat Reduce which promptly brings the pot to a temperature before automatically reducing to a predetermined lower temperature.

The cooking zones of this Fisher & Paykel induction cooktop have plenty of power and are engineered to provide utmost flexibility and performance,
- 2.4 kW center zone with 3.7 kW boost
- 2.3 kW rear left zone with 3.2 kW boost
- 1.4 kW front left zone with 1.8 kW boost
- 1.9 kW rear right zone with 2.5 kW boost
- 1.9 kW front right zone with 2.5 kW boost
Other features include individual cooking zone controls, minute timer, surface hot indicators, safety lock, spillage auto-off, pan detection system, and 8 heat settings. Fisher & Paykel.
