Induction cooktops by Diva de Provence

diva-induction-cooktop.JPG

Induction cooktops are different from gas and electrics cooktops. Diva de Provence offers several state-of-the-art induction cooktops that are designed from toughened vitroceramic glass, stainless steel and use the latest induction and electronic technology. When it comes to high end induction cooktops, Diva de Provence doesn't have much competition in US or Canada. Diva induction cooktops deliver much more power then conventional gas or electric cooktops provide, and use much less energy and still remaining cool to the touch. These cooktops are available as 36" 5 burner, 30" 4 burner, 24" 3 burner and 12" 2 burner. You must however use a magnetically sensitive pot or pan. Aluminum and copper cookware will not work. Cast iron, magnetic stainless steel and even porcelain over iron will. Viking, All-Clad, Spring USA and Le Creuset manufacture such cookware. Diva induction cooktops are sold in a range from $2,700 to $3,600.
