The Gaggenau Vario Teppan Yaki grill, VP 421 belongs to the Vario line which we will cover in detail later. This Teppan Yaki is the professional grill with a large hard chrome-plated stainless steel surface, a perfect healthy cooking appliance. Two separately controllable grilling zones with stylish controls offer precise temperature regulation from 120° C to 240° C and warming stage over the entire surface or just one half. As with entire Vario series, the quality and craftsmanship is excellent. You cook without pots or pans on the smoothest chromium plated steel surface, so cleaning the grill is quite easy.
