La Marzocco Strada
The new La Marzocco Strada is designed with the barista in mind. For the first time, the coffee machine allows for absolute and direct control of pressure at any point during an extraction. The Strada comes with what is likely the most advanced pressure profiling system in the world today. Pressure profiling is very important because it allows the barista to tailor each extraction to bring out different flavor components, affecting the balance and body of the shot to produce a rounder, softer espresso. And in today coffee markets, where you find the widest selection of single origin coffees that are differently harvested, processed and roasted, such a profiling can deliver incredible results.

SEB Espremio coffee maker review
The SEB Espremio offers 15 bar pressure with automatic shutdown of the flow and exclusive Optipress system with progressive tightening of the filter to extract the best possible aroma and facilitates easy disposal of used ground coffee. The Espremio EX6400 comes with Thermoblock heating system for a very fast preheat and a constant temperature. You can pour a cup or two, adjust coffee amount and keep both cups in side compartments either for storage or to warm them up. Other features are removable 2 liter water tank, drip tray and single filter holder. The SEB Espremio sells in stores for approximately € 130 and can be used with all types of coffee pods. Judging by reviews we found, people like this coffee maker for its simplicity, ultra fast preheat, ability to program and versatility. Majority gives 5 stars, and that out of 5, stating it is très bon rapport qualité prix or a very good value for money. Other review main points are café excellent avec mousse or coffee with excellent foam, and très bonne machine or a very good machine. Pity is you must order it from France.
