New Quadro generation oven runner by Hettich

Hettich developed Quadro 6 PYRO runner, which is able to withstand temperatures as high as 500°C. Why clean the oven by hand after a sensational roast when there is an easier way - pyrolysis, a self-cleaning process that turns burnt-on oven grime to ash at high temperature. Based on its established Quadro technology, this no-maintenance runner easily handles extreme heat, used in ovens with the convenient pyrolysis function. Convenience is equally as important in cooking or baking as it is in cleaning fitted appliances after they have been used. The pyrolysis function takes the effort out of cleaning the oven. Heating the oven to a temperature of up to 500°C disintegrates baked-on food and reduces it to ash. The extreme level of heat that is attained during the pyrolysis cycle is particularly challenging for the shelf runners inside the oven. Previously it has been necessary to remove them from the oven before starting the self-cleaning process, but the high temperature is not a problem for Hettich new Quadro 6 PYRO.

Quadro 6 PYRO is based on Quadro tried and tested ball-bearing principle. Attached to the side rails by bracket or welded joint, Quadro runners make cooking and baking particularly convenient and ergonomic. Because Quadro-based telescopic systems were designed to make baking and roasting in the hot oven an easier and safer task, Quadro 6 PYRO allows you to fully extend the baking tray. The runner systems support the baking tray or oven shelf every inch of the way, preventing the dish from spilling as it’s pulled out of the oven. In the extended position, turning or basting food safely is not a problem. The smooth, easy runner action prevents liquids from spilling over when moving shelves in and out. Hettich America.
